Payment
You will find that we accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta and Visa Electron. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer. All transactions, no matter which method of payment you choose, incur a 2.9% administrative booking fee at checkout.
We will accept UK Pounds Sterling only but will accept payments from non UK based credit and debit cards.
Once you complete your booking you will be sent an e-mail confirming your booking details, deposits are non refundable. The full balance is payable no later than 12 weeks prior to your arrival date and you will be sent a reminder e-mail one week before the balance is due to be paid in full. You will also receive pre travel details two weeks before your arrival, which will include key safe details and fixed transfer rates for any required airport transfer. PLEASE NOTE: We operate a 'client account' with Barclays Bank. All customers monies paid to Paphos Holiday Rental Ltd are placed into the 'client account', the 'client account' is a protected account so you can rest assured with the peace of mind that whatever monies you pay Paphos Holiday Rental Ltd they are completely safeguarded and not withdrawn until at least seven days after your holiday rental has ended.
