This unique property is situated on a lovely small resort called Holmes place' which is a 2 min drive to Coral bay, it is a ground floor apartment with its own well designed and manicured gardens. The apartment has its own splash pool on a secluded and beautiful garden area and also has full use of the resort's larger communal pool, which is less than 20 meters from the front door. Around the properties private pool are 4 comfortable sun beds a table with four chairs shaded with an umbrella and a soft furnishes area all in total seclusion from the outside world.
The property itself is a ground floor apartment with it's own pool and manicured gardens, so in fact this property acts as a 2 bedroom bungalow/villa with apartment prices! The location of the property is at end of the resort in a very quiet cul de sac, a peaceful and tranquil setting with panoramic views of the Peyia hillside. The master bedroom has a large double bed with patio doors to the outside of the property and the 2nd bedroom has a large double bed and a single Z bed available upon request (which suits up to the age of 12), there is a spacious lounge area with a 32" flat screen TV, android box offering UK channels, up o date films and TV series, a remote control three speed ceiling fans plus leather sofas this leads to the well stocked open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. The bathroom is modern with a purpose built walk in shower for your convenience.
Although Coral bay is 3km away and the village of Peyia 2km away there are many bars/restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of this lovely holiday apartment, although to fully enjoy the Paphos/Peyia/Coral bay area a car is advised. Coral Bay attracts visitors from all over the world, not just for its crystal clear waters, golden sands and white cliffs, but also for its restaurants and entertainment.

Holmes Place Resort is set in the hills of the village of Peyia, just a couple of minutes from the world famous Coral Bay, making it a perfect Paphos rental. Coral Bay attracts visitors from all over the world, not just for its crystal clear waters, golden sands and white cliffs, but also for its restaurants and entertainment. Coral Bay has arguably the nicest beach and clearest waters in the whole of Cyprus. The beach is shaped like a horse shoe and is a paradise of soft white sand sheltered by headlands with calm turquoise glassy waters. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely.
During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.
Holmes Place is within a twenty minute drive along the coast road is the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages.
If you are feeling adventurous during your Paphos rental you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available. If you like the water you can rest assured that every kind of water sports are close at hand. One of the major attractions of Coral Bay is its diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay.
If diving is not for you, you can always venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you wish to visit somewhere quieter during your Paphos rental you may want to go to the fishing village of Agios Georgios near the Akamas peninsular, which also approximately 20 minutes away by car. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination then look no further, there are four courses within a 35 minute drive; Elea Resort, Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.
Holmes Place is a fantastic Paphos rental and is superbly situated for you and your family to see more of the island of Cyprus. Transfers are approximately 35 minutes from Paphos Airport.

Dear Chris and Kate,
thank you so much for letting myself and my partner spend time at your lovely apartment (9 - 17 May).
What a lovely spot this apartment is in. It is very well located between the sea at the side and the scenic hilly terrain behind. We loved relaxing around the private pool during the times that we wanted some time alone and away from the beach tourists. It really is so nice to have your own private garden and pool to hide away whilst on holiday. It was also great to bbq in the evening and be able to sit out there and have dinner and a few drinks. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, and the views of the hills behind are quite special around sunset time. Also the fresh lemons from the tree were a welcome addition to our breakfast each day.
The apartment itself is well equipped and left us wanting for nothing during the time we spent there. There are also several nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and will for sure be back next year. Thanks to the owners for creating this small piece of paradise :-)

29th May 2023 Jasmin"Absolutely perfect. We have stayed at many properties in Cyprus over the last 8 years but this property is by far the best. We stayed for 10 days in April 2023, and had the most peaceful and relaxing holiday we have ever had. The owners Chris and Kate, have worked hard to provide a wonderful outdoor living space which offers a pool, comfortable sun loungers, relaxing seating and a beautiful manicured garden along with BBQ facilities. The indoor facilities offer everything needed for a self catering holiday and we cannot wait to return in Aug/Sept 23 for another 16 days. Many thanks to PHR and of course Chris and Kate"
