This lovely apartment sleeps 4, air-conditioned throughout and offers lounge seating for five and a dining table and four chairs. The lounge TV includes UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV and 7-day catch up, there are also hundreds of current DVD quality movies available. The apartment also has free WiFi, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. There is a private, south-facing, pool-facing balcony also boasting table and four chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is a twin also with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The bathroom includes a bath, shower and WC. Finally, there is ample off-road parking provided.
Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The apartment has four private sunloungers.
