This unique detached Limnaria Villa is opposite the entrance to the very large communal pool as it is located on the very popular resort of Limnaria Villas. The villa itself has a large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar looking across the spacious lounge which in turn has double patio doors leading out to the manicured garden area which is very secluded. There is a downstairs cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles, there is another flight of stairs taking you to the 2nd floor where there is a 4th bedroom which is also a double and has a door leading directly onto a private roof terrace. The apartment has WIFI and an android box offering UK terrestrial channels, movies and TV series.

There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front. If you are feeling adventurous while staying in one of these Paphos villas you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available.
