We charge a small administrative handling fee with each booking, regardless of the payment method used but otherwise it is only the Paphos apartment or Paphos villa rental cost that is charged.
Yes, we can supply these for weekly rent, you will be asked if you require any of these during the booking process. If booked they will be placed inside your Paphos apartment or Paphos villa upon your arrival.

No, but if you require a transfer to the Paphos apartment or Paphos villa that you have chosen to rent we can arrange this for an additional charge payable on the day of arrival.
The rates are calculated on a seven night weekly basis and are per property per week, they are not charged per person. If you book a property for less or more than seven nights the rate will be calculated pro rata. You are not charged for your Paphos apartment or Paphos villa per person.

In almost every property air conditioning is included in the rental price but must be used sensibly, and not misused. If a property charges seperately for air conditioning it will be clearly stated that this is the case and the exact cost of this in the property description.

If you cancel your booking more than 3 months from the start date of the booking you will forfeit only your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 3 months from the start date of the booking you will forfeit the full amount of the booking. Please see the terms and conditions.

In most cases the keys are located in a keybox at the Paphos apartment or Paphos villa, you will be given the code to the keybox prior to your departure once you have booked and paid in full for your rental.

All our Paphos apartments and Paphos villas are owned by private owners and we offer these properties for holiday rental on the owner's behalf.
Check in is from 2 pm on the date of arrival

No, as a general rule pets are not allowed at any Paphos Holiday Rental property.
